Certification

QA International Certification Ltd (QAICL)
Formal accreditation of a Certification Body can only be granted by a National Accreditation Body. Formal approval of certification against any of the BRC Global Standards can only be granted by British Retail Consortium (BRC).

In Great Britain the Accreditation Body is the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). In other countries, this will include National Accreditation Bodies, who are members or associate members of IAF (International Accreditation Forum), EA (European co-operation for Accreditation) and signatories to the bi-lateral or multilateral agreements in respect to EN 45011 (ISO Guide 65).

QA International Certification Ltd (QAICL) is based in the United Kingdom having their head-office in Darlington, Co. Durham, but also have offices and agents throughout the world. The company is a specialist Third Party certification body accredited by UKAS. (Registration No. 046) and provide certification to a wide range of industry sectors, having one of the largest lists of UKAS accredited scopes for any certification body.

Amongst these approved scopes has now been added certification to cover the requirements of the BRC Global Standards.

International HACCP Certification Ltd (IHC)
IHC have been appointed to market and administer the BRC sector certification for QAICL. We will be the primary point of contact for new applicants as well as co-ordinators for ongoing audits after registration.
